KOHEI NAWA

Trans

“Trans” applies effects to the polygon surface of 3D scanned figures, materialised from data. Information (Voxel data) from the human figures captures the shadow of existence versus actuality, creating a parallel relationship between the real and the virtual world. The fluid, three-dimensional surfaces of the manipulated statuettes appear as an empty energy, which questions the reality of existence in digital space.
