As the final days of the 2024 year draw near and the new 2025 year approaches, we, Kohei Nawa and the Sandwich team, would like to express our gratitude for all the encounters and support this year and reflect on the milestones we have achieved together.

This year has became a year of challenges and breakthroughs for Nawa to pursue new artistic expressions, particularly in performance. "From the Edge," his first collaboration with dancer and longtime friend Min Tanaka, marking almost 30 years of shared artistic dialogue. The other project, "Mirage [transitory]," became a fourth collaborative work with choreographer and dancer Damien Jalet, continuing their creative development. Their earlier work, "Planet [wanderer]" was staged across venues in Switzerland, France, and Belgium and will continue touring in the upcoming year.

Nawa's first solo exhibition in Germany in six years, Soma, is currently on display at Galerie Vera Munro in Hamburg. The exhibition is scheduled to run until the end of February 2025.

These achievements were only possible through the unwavering support and cooperation of countless individuals and organizations. We deeply appreciate everyone who contributed to these endeavors and helped bring these visions to life.

As we step into 2025, we are eager to build upon this year's accomplishments and expand our activities even further. Your continued support inspires us. Thank you for being part of this journey.
